Cleaning Jig for Breaker Plate
It is a device that cleans the material remaining in the breaker plate hole in a short time with a special tool that matches the hole shape with a hydraulic cylinder.
※A special breaker plate is required.
Device Configuration
・ A hydraulic unit：200V/220V Depending on the size of the breaker plate, 100V can be selected.
・ Hydraulic cylinder： Selectable according to rubber and resin materials.
・ Breaker plate cradle： Required for each type of breaker plate(diameter, PCD, hole size)
・ Phase matching holder： Required for each size of breaker plate cradle
・ Breaker plate fixing holder： Required for each outer diameter of the breaker plate
・ Dedicated breaker plate：The breaker plate currently in use could be used by making additional work on the circuit.
・ Dedicated pin for pulling out：Due to wear or damage, it could be replaced from even one(1)pc.
・ Manual switch or manual hand valve type can be selected for pushing operation.
