3-Layers Head with Reinforced Cloth
One of the water-based hose manufacturing methods.
The cloth is gradually rolled inside the head with a guide, and the inner layer rubber, cloth, and outer layer rubber are merged just before the head outlet and integrally molded.
・The outer layer of the 3-layers head with reinforced cloth (small diameter head) is semi-fixed centering due to the balanceflow design.
Inner layer wall thickness adjustment： Adjusted by moving the nipple back and forth.
