Every single part of CJTEK's crosshead is manufactured in its own factory in Switzerland, realizing fast delivery and reasonable price.
Die ＆ nipples used for crossheads are designed by themselves so that the crosshead could be suited to the materials used, realizing the optimum material flow. CJTEK is doing simulation of the discharge amount on the PC before manufacturing and shortening the development time and improving the efficiency. Also, in order to make the flow of material smooth, all of the polishing of dies and nipples is done by hand.
