4-Layer Resin Profile Extruder

This is a 4（four）-Layer Profile Extruder using TPO resin (pellet material for extrusion).
The four-layer head die mounting part adopts the breech lock type by the hydraulic cylinder.
The 90mm extruder cylinder heater is an indirect cooling type that uses an aluminum casting heater with a water cooling pipe and a cooling water circulation device.
The 50mm and 30mm extruder cylinder heaters are mounted by aluminum cast heater using with an electric blower in air-cooled.
There are 4 resin pressure-gauge-mounting-holes (with stopcock) on the 90 mm cylinder.
