Auto-Centering Rubber Hose Extrusion Head
The "newly developed centering head" introduced in the "KME hose extrusion die demonstration" held in September 2016 uses a hydraulic servo to drive 4(four) centering pistons. Having a hose thickness of 2 mm and controlling with a high precision of less than 0.02 mm eccentric tolerance saves 2.5% of material and saves 140,000 euros per year.
