1.Plastic Extruder

• In addition to conventional extruded products using general-purpose resins such as PVC and polyethylene, the plastic extruder is used in development products in various fields such as cables, tubes and films that take advantage of its strength and other features of heat resistance and chemical resistance of high-performance resin materials called super engineering plastics such as polyamide, polyurethane and other engineering plastics like fluoro-resins, PEEK materials and PPS materials, etc.

• Mitsuba manufacturing’s plastic extruders are used with various resins and are made in-house, including screws and molds, from low-discharge extruders with a screw size of 14 mm to high-discharge extruders with a screw size of 150 mm to meet the requirements of each industry. In this sense, we Mitsuba could provide high quality extruders designed and manufactured.

2.Preheater

• Today preheater is indispensable at cable manufacturing sites from various aspects such as product quality maintenance, speed-up and yield improvement.

• It’s been almost 30 years since the first unit of our preheater (Q5 series) were developed and sold with our unique technology. With reference to delivery record and valuable opinions from customers, we have made improvements not only in performance but also usability. We have received repeat orders from customers who have used the preheater and high evaluation.

※The Q5 series is available in 3 models, depending on the wire size of single wire φ0.25 to φ3.8 mm and twisted wire 0.05 to 8.0 sq.
