Mitsuba Manufacturing's fluororesin wire line has extruders with screw sizes of 14 mm to 50 mm or more to handle all wire diameters from AWG50 ultra-fine wires to AWG10 thick wires.
In addition, since Mitsuba produces with tension suitable for the wire diameter, we have a wide range of ancillary equipment with extruders for low tension to high tension. In this sense, we will provide it as a line system suitable for user's specifications and requests.

1.Fluororesin extruders
- It is available each size from the minimum screw size φ14 mm to φ50 mm.。
Note： As for φ50 mm or more, please contact us since there are restrictions such as materials
- Corrosion-resistant metal is naturally used where the resin comes into direct contact, such as the cylinder, screw, and head.
2.Preheater
- Today preheater is indispensable at cable manufacturing sites from various aspects such as product quality maintenance, speed-up and yield improvement.
- It’s been almost 30 years since the first unit of our preheater (Q5 series) were developed and sold with our unique technology. With reference to delivery record and valuable opinions from customers, we have made improvements not only in performance but also usability. We have received repeat orders from customers who have used the preheater and high evaluation.
※The Q5 series is available in 3 models, depending on the wire size of single wire φ0.25 to φ3.8 mm and twisted wire 0.05 to 8.0 sq.
3.Bundling Machine
- It is possible tying optimum clamp capacity prevent loosening band binding and crushing tubes. In addition, whole machine design is able to be space-saving because of tying machine can fit inside of bundling machine.
