Straighthead / Crosshead
Mainly use straighthead in case of single layer tube or sheet extrusion, use crosshead for coating or multi layer extrusion.
Multi Layer Head
It is effective for rubber material products including complicate shaped sponge-solid and frequent uneven thickness products.
Plastic Extruder
In addition to conventional extruded products using general-purpose resins such as PVC and polyethylene, the plastic extruder is used in development products in various fields such as cables, tubes and films that take advantage of its strength and other features of heat resistance and chemical resistance of high-performance resin materials called super engineering plastics such as polyamide, polyurethane and other engineering plastics like fluoro-resins, PEEK materials and PPS materials, etc.

Fluororesin Extruder
It is available each size from the minimum screw size φ14 mm to φ50 mm.。
